- Managing projects and conduct trainings
- Leading the project team and planning for each member's possible tasks needed for project's every week update.
- Manages company communication (emails, etc.) and other public relations
- Teaching and answering Math, Science, English and Engineering subjects (tutorial)
- Database building or updating contacts
- Answering customer service emails or chat supports, calendar management and appointing scheduling
- Preparing and leading online meeting minutes
- Online research and Data mining and Analytics
- Basic bookkeeping, managing project's financial status, assisting the financial teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, helping in other paperworks for the financal and accounting problems
- Excellent in using MS Office, Canva, and other apps
- Designing using ADOBE Photoshop and Illustrator
- Designing using SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS program for engineering projects
- Expert in Simulation analysis using SOLIDWORKS and other programs
- Research projects assistant, making narratives and other reports.
- Managing and making plans with other agencies, academic institutions, or industries for projects
- Knows other skills such as video editing, basic programming using MATLAB and python, assisting co-members or co-workers for their work needed to be done ASAP
