Profile Description

I have been working with different companies and clients for the past 10 years, gaining extensive experience in customer service, billing, technical issues, marketing, finance, real estate, and maintenance projects. I believe my work experiences and the tasks I have previously done and trained for will be useful.

I'm good at dealing with customers especially if
it's for billing concerns and repair calls. I also have an experience with sales and marketing. I have worked for a property management company and was the maintenance manager for a few years. 

I can work with minimal supervision & can manage my time well. I have great
communication skills, a fast learner and hardworking. I'm very
attentive and keen on details. 

I am highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications, especially with Word, Excel, and Google Suites. I have experience using Zoho, RingCentral and a lot more tools and applications.

I have a main internet speed of up to 200 Mbps (fiber optic
connection), a backup of 30 Mbps (DSL connection), and a power station. I
also have a laptop, webcam, headset, and other equipment needed for a
home-based job.
