I worked in the BPO/ call center industry for almost a decade, thus, this molded me to become a globally competitive customer service associate and to have a good grasp of other nationalities' cultures and behaviors.

Also, I worked outside the Philippines and was exposed to different nationalities. Working as a supervisor and as a receptionist made me enhanced my managerial skills, administrative tasks, and most importantly, learning to work with different nationalities with different cultures, beliefs, and behaviors.
