1. To create marketing materials (photo &video) using adobe Photoshop and Canva

2. Facebook marketing - monitoring and making content for the company’s Facebook page

3. Answer client and agent inquiries about the projects of the company

5. To create and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate more sales.

6. Conducting seminars for project knowledge with real estate brokers and agents

Aside from that I am also given administrative tasks by recording daily sales, encoding and email management.
