*Data Entry/Timekeeping/Creating a schedule
*Basic Graphic Designing
*Admin Support and Accounting Support (Payroll, Data Migration, and other accounting works)
*Updating and monitoring Aging Reports/Daily Collection
*Preparation of billings of vendor, weekly and monthly reports
*Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and cash receipts, *Record Keeping

Qualifications and Skills:
*Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Skype, Slack, and other remote teaUpgrade to see actual infossaging apps
*Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
*Responding to emails and phone calls
*Plan, organize, and execute office activities and meetings
*Booking Travel flights and Accommodations
*Handle administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, scanning, and copying
*Maintained hard/soft copies of backups of all sensitive information
