I have been working with Company TechMahindra for 4 years already. I worked first as a customer representative.
We made sure that we assist our customers with their services like Cable, Internet and Phone. Aside from that, i also know back office Upgrade to see actual infovestigating and finding the root cause on every incident.
But the task that is close to my heart is teaching people. I trained few batches and made sure that everyone learns to my daily objective.
I am very much open to my trainees expectation and do my best obtain it. The job also made me very open to criticism which is very essential in whatever field I enter.
I will make sure to use the skills that i posses in order for me to contribute to the company's needs and be one of it's asset.
