Profile Description

I started my career in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative at Virgin Australia. During my time there, I had the privilege of assisting clients with their travel needs. This role sharpened my data entry and email management skills and allowed me to connect with people daily. I helped clients book flights, manage itineraries, and handle booking cancellations and rescheduling with care and efficiency.
From 2019 to 2022, I took a new path and became a Virtual Assistant, working full-time for a talented musician at a church in Germany. As an Email and Page Manager, I provided personalized support through emails and chats while meticulously managing data. This unique experience allowed me to combine my administrative skills with my passion for helping others.
After taking a one-year break to complete my degree, I am now eager to embark on new opportunities, work with new clients, and continue growing while increasing my productivity.
Update: On July 14, 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information Systems, earning the Latin honor of Magna cum Laude.
