*Insurance (Appointment Setter)
*Real estate (appointment setter for rentals & investors)
*Advertising specialty industry (order entry, admin assistant, sourcing)
*Telco Account (CSR/Collections)
*Attending inbound calls, handling different inquiries such as billing, basic technical support and general questions.
*Process orders via website. (Distributor and Printing Company)
*and several cold calling sales, lead gen, appointment setting, data entry, support accounts.
*Transaction Coordinator Assistant (processing of opening and closing transactions)
*Promoted as Processing Manager Operator

I have used different types of CRMs, dialers and reporting system. I am proficient in Microsoft office and definitely a fast learner.
