I have over 4 years of experience working in the BPO industry as a Technical Support. I worked at Sutherland Global Services and Convergys, two of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines. During my time there, I assisted customers in resolving their technical concerns.
I also worked as a customer support representative for IMarket’sLive for 4 years, where I handled cancellation and refund requests for IMarketslive subscribers.
After taking a break, I was hired as a HelpDesk technician and later transferred to the NOC department for Network Solution Technology, which is now known as Sourcepass.
