I have been working as a customer service dispatcher for an appliance repair company for the past two years. We accept inbound and make outbound calls as well in order to book appointments for our technicians in the areas that we service.
I have been a virtual assistant as well for almost three years now. This is a job that requires thorough attention and reliability as we are working hand in hand with clients to make their businesses grow. The tasks that I usually do are
Aside from this, I was also able to work for a BPO company, handling sales and service calls. During the experience, I was able to encounter different people with different concerns. I learned the takes and turns of Customer Service and how to survive it. I also know a thing or two about telemarketing and appointment setting as I was able to have the chance to work as one for quite some time too particularly handling real estate transactions and agreements.
I believe that I am a dedicated person and that I am capable of learning, adjusting and working efficiently to help you and your business grow.
