I have been in the BPO industry for 4 years as a customer service representative. During that period, I have acquired the skills that make an excellent virtual assistant such as being able to identify concerns and fix issues, manage a high volume of calls per day, multi-tasking such as navigating different tools while resolving a concern, and processing and transferring data. I also need to submit precise documentation of what I've done for the customer which improved my typing and organizational skill. I am also knowledgeable in MS Word and Powerpoint. I am always willing to learn new skills, highly trainable, and can work under high pressure. Aside from being in customer service, I also worked as an ESL teacher, which improved my communication skill and engagement with people.
