I ranked 5th overall for solution selling for client products and services on all sites.
I spearheaded the Customer Service Department for KMR Medical US. I was assigned to order processing, equipment troubleshooting, returns, and exchanges of Medical Supplies to clients. I became the Top Representative for 3 consecutive months for Quality Assurance. I was then promoted to a Quality Assurance Analyst. My main objective was to ensure all calls passed the Quality Standards before sales were plotted.
In 2016, I applied as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Frontier Communications US. My tasks are to ensure all calls pass the Quality Standards based on client requests and organize weekly calibration for the whole site to ensure quality on all calls is being met by the site.
I am currently A Senior Sales Consultant for a well-known Australian Internet Service Provider. I am very optimistic and flexible in venturing with any tasks that will be handed to me by clients. I am open to Data Mining, Data Entry, Social Media, Data Encoding, and Transcription for both short and long-term projects.
