Thanks for checking my profile out. Here's a quick view of my skills, experience and strengths. I have good communication skills, I am self motivated and organized. Since I am a Professional CIvil Engineer, I have good managements skills, monitoring, scheduling and meets clients deadlines and requirements. I like challenges, I work hard and responsible. I am currently working in Construction industry here in the Philippines for about 8 years with experiences in Supervising, Cost Estimating, Project Management, Monitoring, Reporting, Creating Presentation, Client Meeting and Presentation, (RFP) Request for Payment applications, Negotiation Review and Approval applications of my Client and his partner, Review and applications of Paralegal and Legal Documents for Contract Creations of my Client. I also have a vast experience in construction and telecommunication facilities construction and project management, Team Leader, Budgeting, (FTK) Full Turn Keys Program, Starting and Closing projects and Turnovers.
I design my own teams schedule and target plan, requests budgets for the upcoming weeks and escalates issues and concern of our clients.
I am the point person of my employer with our client, reports end-to-end details and project accomplishment, I also creates spreadsheet to present the actual data and accomplishment of the specific services that was done and acquired. I also create PowerPoints to present the summary of our team accomplishments.
I have interest on making a world class support team and maintain a high level standard which is my role as of today in my present company.
I used Google Suite as my primary mode of communication, 3cx platform for US Clients, Canva for graphic designing, and Gohighlevel for Customer Relation Management.
My goal has always been to exceed expectations of my employer and my clients.
Although the above skills, experience and strengths are brief and few, this ideology served me well in my professional career.
