I worked in a BPO company for more than 5 years specifically in two financial company/account Ally Financial and TCF bank. I worked as debt collector / skip tracer for more than 2 years, I became call quality analyst for 6 months and got promoted as compliance officer in ALLY Financial. For career growth I decided to try my luck applying as a Trainer/ Subject Matter Expert in TCF bank and i was able to get the Upgrade to see actual info a span of less than a year i got promoted again as a Team Lead.

• Collecting for a past due bill and giving best possible arrangement was my first role in a BPO company and I can say that this is one of my niche. I am knowledgeable in doing skip tracing using different kind of skipping tools. 

• I can also do call listening or call monitoring to make sure that everyone is being compliant with the process. I also have direct communication with the client when i started as a compliance officer wherein i do call validation, transcribe the call, provide findings , synopsis and the most important thing "action plan" . I am giving them feedback on what they could have done better and what should they do next to ensure that we are compliant.

• Another role! Trainer/SME/Team Lead - I am L1 certified , was able to handle my own class which is compose of more than 20 people. When no classes available I used to assist our higher supervisor managing our team, when the supervisor is not around I am the one responsible for the agents until such time that I already have my own team, I do call monitoring, huddles, one on one coaching , Strategized and a lot more!

• I also worked as a mobile home park Upgrade to see actual infoarching for their MHP Owners data based using parlay 2.0. Data based is compose of all the information needed by the client to have prospect lead.
