Profile Description

During my last position as a virtual assistant I helped in taking inbound calls from law firms who would
like to schedule their clients for medical facilities from our online
directory. I was promoted to the sales team after 3 months of working where I
helped setting appointments for our president then I was cross trained in the
marketing department where I make calls to law firms promoting our business. I
was also tasked in sending and responding to emails requests. After 1 year I
was promoted as a Client Relations Lead managing my own team of VAs. My tasks
were to make sure my team reaches our weekly quota for deals, provides
exceptional service to law firms and doctor’s offices, I also provide trainings
and refreshers every other week to make sure all protocols are properly
executed. Prior to that I also
worked as a home based telemarketer I do cold calling and set appointments for
insurance agents in the US, and before that I worked as a consultant for PayPal
United Kingdom we assist our customers in managing their online transactions,
personal information update and more about how PayPal works. I was a consistent
top performer in our site where I was pulled out most of the time to support
other agents having difficulties with product knowledge. 
I have been in the BPO (call center) industry for over 8 years now. I worked as a collections agent in Genpact Philippines. I worked for both consumer collections and business collections. I then worked as a trusted advisor for AT&T which is a telco company in the US, I helped customers with their plans and basic troubleshooting. After a few months I worked as a Risk Management Analyst for JP Morgan Chase wherein we are helping customers in preventing fraud in their credit cards. I also worked in Sutherland Global Services for PayPal United Kingdom, I helped customers in their online transactions, refunds, general inquiries, payments, account updates, profile changes etc.  After a while I moved to Google an in-house company where we help customers with their Google apps, we help them in disputing invalid charges and basic troubleshooting with their phones. Lastly I went back to PayPal UK but with Alorica Philippines this time, did the same thing as previous PayPal experience. I can say that I am an expert in customer service with all the experience that I have, I am hardworking and I am a fast learner. Furthermore I am more than willing to learn other fields in this new industry that I am eyeing for.
