Thank you for viewing my profile! I am a full-time freelancer whose goal is to bring value to my client's business and help them reach their goals.

I am currently supporting a Shopify store as a Customer Service Representative. My main responsibility was to answer customer emails about their orders, including tracking, technical support, replacements, and refunds. The job also requires that I collaborate with the store owner and suppliers regarding store management, and policies, and inventory.

I have also been part of the seasonal support team for a very popular cookware brand in the US from October 2021 up to January 2022. I answered emails from the Status, Urgent and Discount queues. The job also included tracking order shipments, processing replacements, cancellations, and refunds. 

Before I started freelancing, I worked in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for 7 years and supported 2 clients. I was with Accenture fromUpgrade to see actual infoas an Email Support Representative for an American health insurance provider. Then I transferred to TaskUs and supported a pioneering ride-hailing app as part of the escalations team.

I am a graduate of Political Science from the City of Malabon University and I took my internship at the Philippine Department of Justice.
