Profile Description

I have been a freelance graphic designer since my college days up until now. I have designed many projects, like tarUpgrade to see actual infoins for different occasions and advertisements. I started my career as a Call Center Agent back in 2013. I was a customer representative in one of the largest call centers here in our province. I was also doing semi-technical support during that time. We troubleshoot customers' phones and activate their subscriptions also helping them purchase minutes. After this, I dUpgrade to see actual info to venture and scale up my skills. I went to Cebu City and applied as a Technical Support Representative in STREAM which was later bought by Convergys and currently CONCENTRIX. Luckily I got hired and was assigned as Payroll Tech Support at INTUIT (QUICK BOOKS). It was a challenging experience since it was all new to me, but luckily I manage to overcome those challenges. After working for 7 months in STREAM. I dUpgrade to see actual info to go back to our province to settle personal things. I then went back to Cebu and Applied at SYKES ASIA as a Technical Support Specialist at Century Link ISP Upgrade to see actual info was a fun experience since it was the dream job I was looking for. Then things got out of my hand. I got sick and was hospitalized for a week and after which I dUpgrade to see actual info to resign and regain back my health and rest for a while. So I went back home and rest for almost 3 years. Gladly my health was back to normal and I started to go back on track as a Call Center Agent. There was a job opening at a local call center in our city and dUpgrade to see actual info to apply. I got hired as an Outsource Consultant in which we collect medical records from certain clinics, hospitals, and doctors for us to process the insurance claims of the patient. Right now I am an Account Manager currently handling 100 agents and 15 support staff including TLs and QA. I am seeking more opportunities outside my comfort zone and trying new things. I can easily adapt to any changes and most of all flexible to what comes around. Most of all I am easy to train since most of the tasks as a customer service/tech support agent I am already experienced with. I am also tasked to do admin work like creating invoices, managing agents' performance trackers, Helping on Recruitment in doing the final interview and selecting the best applicant for the job, to add to this I am also sending emails to clients and the CEO, especially on End of day reports.
