With a comprehensive background in IT and technical support, I am an expert in Google Workspace Administration, proficient in setting up and configuring various Google products like Gmail and Drive. My experience extends to managing migrations to Google Workspace from platforms such as Microsoft, as well as handling Google Cloud Platform email migrations. I am skilled in organizing and planning Google Workspace components and adept at Google Admin Panel setup, including user management, settings, DKIM, account configuration, data migration, reports, audit, and domain settings. Additionally, I have expertise in DNS setup for Google, including MX and TXT records.
In my role as a Managed Service Provider, I am proficient with NinjaRMM (now NinjaOne), specializing in remote monitoring and management. My technical support skills encompass both hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as managing firewall policies. I also bring experience as a transcriber and in setting up and managing Zendesk for ticketing and support.
