Profile Description

My goal right now is to find a position at a company where I can grow and take on new challenges over time. Ultimately, I’d like to assume more management responsibilities and get involved in product strategy. But most importantly, I want to work for an organization where I can build a career.
I have 15 years of working experience. I've been in the call center industry since 2008 for 5 years and have online freelancer experience for more than 10 years which has given me an opportunity to hone myself to be a more competitive and effective individual. Being an agent and so as a team leader greatly inspired me to be at my best toward my growth in this organization.
Been working as a freelancer since 2012. Mostly worked with Customer support, Technical support so as a Virtual Assistant, Telemarketing, Sales, and Operations.
I was an Account Manager, Team Supervisor, and Human Resource Manager with some of the Accounts I have worked with.
I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of design, customer support, technical support, management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. I am multi-task oriented. And Furthermore, My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells! I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings.
One of my important career goals is to be satisfied with whatever job I am doing because if I am happy and satisfied with my career I become more productive. Therefore, I am seeking a responsible and stable job with an opportunity for professional challenges.
