Leveraging Go High Level, I create and manage progressive email and SMS campaigns, crafting high-impact content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and email. As a Disposition Manager, I specialize in identifying and nurturing buyers, using platforms such as Mailchimp, Investor Lift, and Go High Level to manage listings, update pricing, and conduct follow-ups. I handle CRM updates, prepare contracts, and coordinate transactions, ensuring seamless processes. Additionally, I oversee campaign automation and workflow optimization, maintaining Go High Level’s account health to ensure smooth, integrated functionality. My combined experience and commitment to quality enable me to deliver consistent, responsive campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.

 I Executed high-volume cold calling to identify potential clients, for B2b campaign. I had to call potential clients and  introduce the company , once the  service fits to them I scheduled an appointment  for an account manager's f/u .   
I generated real estate leads for several states while I was employed. Making an appointment with the motivated seller  is the aim. I need to know the condition of the house, the timeframe, the owner's asking price, and the reason for selling during the first call in order to determine whether or not it's motivated. I should also arrange for a comeback. 

I spent nearly 2 years working as an appointment setter for Solar Campaign, handling both residential and commercial clients. The objective is to locate new customers, call them, explain the advantages of solar energy, and determine whether the product is a good fit for them. Next, an appointment for a follow-up visit by zoom or in person with a sales professional is set up.
