Profile Description

I am a freelancer hoping to find a good opportunity and a stable company. I've worked in the credit repair industry since August 2020 and am a part-time back-end credit repair processor outside this site. I am working mostly on the back end where I process disputes by manually sending letters to the bureaus and submitting FTC-CFPB and BBB reports. I also process disputes through software called Client Dispute Manager, CRC, and Disputefox. The process I follow depends on the client's situation as well as the business owner. I also send emails or randomly call clients to follow up on documents or provide updates on their credit files.
Apart from that I also have a background in Customer Service and Technical as I also worked in the call center industry here for more than 3 years handling international accounts. I dUpgrade to see actual info to work full-time at home when the pandemic started and realized that I love it. I was hoping you could consider me for the position you sought.
