With over 13 years of professional experience, including 8 years as an Online English Teacher, I have developed a strong foundation in communication, project management, and leadership. During my time as an Online English Teacher, I not only honed my instructional and communication skills but also served as the company's Hiring Manager for five years, leading talent acquisition and driving skills development initiatives.Afterward, I worked as a Project Development Officer at the Department of Agriculture's Regional Field Office XI, where I managed business correspondences and oversaw monitoring and evaluation activities for government projects. I also spent two years as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO of a rural bank, providing high-level administrative support and contributing to strategic planning efforts.I later transitioned into the marketing industry, working with an Australian agency, where I was responsible for executing project management duties for the CEO and the Australian team, assisting with creating reports for clients in the tech sector.Currently, I serve as an Operations Coordinator for a US-based events company. In this role, I manage a wide range of event logistics, including vendor outreach, sponsorships, and hotel and flight bookings. I also handle conference logistics, ensuring that all event details run smoothly from start to finish. Although I work remotely from the Philippines, my role involves seamless coordination with international stakeholders, primarily in the United States, to ensure the successful execution of large-scale events across the globe.
