Profile Description

I have a total of 8 years in the corporate BPO Industry, (both customer service and tech). I also possess 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day.

As a Virtual Assistant, I provide number of services for my clients including document preparation maintaining files and record keeping. I also have a background in eCommerce business as I worked for a dropship company, specialized in building Shopify stores, web design, web development, logo and graphics design. I also created social media contents for my clients for IG, Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info. 

The main reasons why you should hire me are my work experiences and background. I was a Team Leader for 6 years for a Healthcare project, managed Phone, both inbound and outbound, Email, Chat, Data Entry, Administrative task, creating and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for my clients and other Adhoc tasks.

I also have a background in sales (Telemarketing) and Appointment setting (Lead generation) for real estate, medspa, BNB, Lawyers, Doctors and more. 

My knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned.
