I have a total of 8 years in the corporate BPO Industry, (both customer service and tech). I also possess 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day.

As a Virtual Assistant, I provide number of services for my clients including document preparation maintaining files and record keeping. I also have a background in eCommerce business as I worked for a dropship company, specialized in building Shopify stores, web design, web development, logo and graphics design. I also have a background in sales (Telemarketing) and Appointment setting (Lead generation) for real estate, medspa, BNB, Lawyers, Doctors and more.
