CSR (inbound and outbound caller):
*Technical Support - Billing and payment specialist in a cable company, Troubleshooting, plan modification, Direct to Sales.
*Retention Specialist- Billing and payment specialist in a Telco account, Plan modification, Retention agent, Direct to Sales.
*Healthcare Specialist - focused on medications refill, denial, prior authorization, explaining plan benefits, billing and coordinating to provider or pharmacist for medication related issue.
*Supervisor and Operation Manager - Manage Team performance, Data and Email Management, Planning, Coaching and Create Action Plan.

Virtual Assistance:

*Scheduler: clinic based in US, scheduling client session, outbound calls, answering email & chats, managing data, reviewing billing codes, insurance claims and plotting scheduled client session.

*Executive Virtual Assistance: Admin support in a Homecare Agency, calendar and email management, social media manager, research, video editing. recruitment, data analyst, Billing Invoice, Recruitment and generating care giver hourly report.

*General Virtual Assistance:  Managing social media in a Homecare Agency, create schedule content, Advertise, Web design and Maintenace.
