I am also very careful in doing my work. I know that problems and changes do exist, however, it's always good to be prepared so before a problem comes in, I should have thought of Plan B or Plan C and so on so I could readily adjust should the situation call for it.

I was also an achiever in school. I was the High School Salutatorian in our batch and the Assistant Editor-in-Chief of our school newspaper named "The Harbinger". I was also a full academic scholar under the State Scholarship Program of the Commission on Education (CHED) during my college studies.

My most recent work experience is as a Technical Support Officer. That was my first online, work-from-home experience and I can say that everything was great. The type of work plus the new environment was so challenging at first but as time passes by, I have learned to embrace every aspect of the job. Handling customers is very challenging and at the same time, very rewarding. Prior to being a TSO, I worked as an Administrative Assistant for two (2) years in the National Headquarter of the Philippine Red Cross, known as the foremost humanitarian organization in the country (Philippines). Because of that job, I have gained expertise in  Admin work. I was directly reporting to the Blood Center Manager for all the admin matters, budget allocation,  supplies, and equipment requisition,  payment requests and vouchers, following up payments email management, and ad-hoc tasks. I am also trained to use a lot of office, multimedia and communication platforms. Then I got a chance to apply as a technical staff (Nurse Receptionist) in the same department since there came a job opening at that time which I grabbed. I was assisting clients who walk into the blood center to request blood units for their patients. I also did field works where I interview and assess potential blood donors. After more than a year, there came again another better opportunity. I applied as a Blood Services Representative and was blessed enough to be chosen among the candidates. I acquired a lot of recruitment, coordination, teaching, and communication skills while enjoying the job. I also landed a job as a Call Center Agent in Teleperformance handling an inbound mobile phone account for two (2) years.
