During this time, I have gained a wealth of experience in managing day-to-day operations, including drafting and formatting emails, coordinating mailings and managing responses, maintaining office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ordering and stocking supplies, performing regular maintenance on equipment, responsible for managing budgets and tracking expenses, ensuring that the company stays within budget and that any necessary adjustments are made.

I have gained this additional skill while working as an administrative staff. I have a good amount of practice doing payroll, invoicing, recording financial transactions, and chronologically keeping all the financial records. Before, I did it manually with the help of Excel, but now I am studying and trying to equip myself with QuickBooks.

I have entry-level running ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I took online training sessions that could expand my knowledge of the basics and ins & outs needed to do it effectively. I run my ads during my training time to see how they work— to play around the different parts of it, e.g., age, demographics, targets, gender, and interest, to see which works best.
