I have been in Training & Development both for HR and Sales & Marketing for a combined experience of 7 years and made a bold move last 2019 to start a new venture with Business Development. My role with Business Development was rather both fun and challenging at times since the name of the game was aiming for a sale, as to Training, which really is more on soft skills enhancement and motivation. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my role was cut short, hence moving to this platform as a means to provide for my family. My move to Business Development/Sales was stemmed from by my mentors and peers being confident with me on being the natural conversationalist I am, both with internal and external stakeholders.
On the other hand, I have a natural knack for cars. I have had experience both in the corporate side and individually with the automotive sector locally here in the Philippines. Also currently, this year 2024, I am a part of a used car dealership as a car buyer to help the business filter in quality cars to be eventually sold to the public. They invest in my trust and my knowledge for the used car sector. (You can check my OnlineJobs profile for this.) It is both a passion and joy for me to be surrounded by anything related to cars or the automotive industry for that matter.
My hobbies and extra curricular activities are spending time with family a lot, casually trying out other sports aside from my main sport which is basketball, and just really being a big sports fan in general.
Due to the recent pandemic, I have a new appreciation of working from home and being in the remote industry since then. I have learned to work from the ground up to achieve my small wins in this line of work. I have been lucky to be equipped with some tools necessary for this type of industry. I wish to work hard for both my employer and my family.
