I have been in the BPO setting for 6 years and a Virtual Assistant for more than 2 years and working in an industry wherein you need to deal with different types of people and situation, I've learned to improve my emotional intelligence, my ability to work under pressure, time management and my skills on decision making.
I am a fast learner and I've been commended and awarded because of my customer service skills and that made me eager to learn more about the field that I am in so I joined multiple classes and trainings that helped me enhance my capability on delighting our clients and making sure we deliver satisfactory service to them.
