Working in the field of Accounting for almost seven years taught me new ideas to enhance my knowledge and skills. I started working as an Accounting staff in a local company where I had to do clerical tasks. I was also in an Accounting team where we assisted in transferring data to the New Accounting Software. I then worked as a Junior Accountant/Plant Accountant in a local manufacturing company where I processed Accounts payable. I became a multitasker where I had to handle different tasks and from there, I learned to work with less supervision. My corporate work lasted for 4 years and 2 months before I shifted to working from home during the Pandemic. I worked with a Canadian client where I became his bookkeeper, I record transactions to Quickbooks Online and do categorization. I also do a bank reconciliation for both Checking and Credit cards. I also do admin tasks such as renaming and sorting of invoices to Onedrive. My recent remote job experience was working with a US client as her Accounting Assistant. I do the recording of expenses, invoices, receiving payments, and bank reconciliation.
