In this role, I handled a wide range of esUpgrade to see actual infoted issues, from scheduling complex home repairs to resolving delays in project timelines. One memorable instance involved assisting a customer who was frustrated by repeated delays on a home project. Here, I worked behind the scenes on complex billing and technical issues that required deep analytical skills and precise communication. For example, I once resolved an ongoing billing discrepancy that had frustrated a loyal customer for months. By meticulously reviewing account details and collaborating with internal teams, I discovered a billing error, rectified it, and communicated the resolution clearly to the customer. Experiences like this taught me the importance of accuracy and reinforced my commitment to delivering honest, transparent service.

At Legato Health Technologies, I served as a Provider Services Representative, assisting healthcare providers with intricate insurance plan details and claims processing, all while adhering to HIPAA regulations. A significant part of this role involved helping providers understand coverage for critical patient treatments. In one instance, I guided a provider through the complex process of securing coverage for a patient’s necessary procedure, ensuring all documentation was compliant and that the provider had a clear understanding of each step. This role demanded attention to detail, strong compliance knowledge, and empathy, skills I take pride in bringing to each professional endeavor.

In 2022, I joined Asurion as a Technical Support/Tech Coach, assisting customers with various electronic devices—from troubleshooting software issues on mobile phones to providing guidance for home electronics. One standout Upgrade to see actual infont was helping an elderly customer who struggled with setting up a new smartphone to stay in touch with family members. Through patience and clear, step-by-step instructions, I helped her gain confidence in using her device, a service that meant a lot to her and that reminded me of the value of patience and compassion in my work. My commitment to high-quality interactions and customer satisfaction in this role fueled my passion for continually improving my skills.

While I may not have direct Virtual Assistant experience, my background in customer service is rooted in dedication, resilience, and a drive to help others.
