As a customer Service Representative In a Telco account, one of the skills that I mastered is being patient with the customer who calls up customer service yelling and calling names. I add service to a customer's phone. I helped customer to troubleshoot their phone because I am also a technical support. And most importantly to act accordingly in some unscripted calls. So it is safe to say that I developed initiative. Because everyday you encountered different type of calls and it is your job to categorized those calls by asking probing questions to the customer.
