Profile Description

I am spearheading the migration of our email marketing from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Active Campaign. This includes all the technical setup, testing, and integrations to different systems like Salesforce, Facebook, Leads Hook, and Zapier. 

I am also involved in maintaining the CRM systems(Go High Level and Salesforce) of the company. Creating automation for Drip campaigns and creating a marketing strategy for email Marketing.

With regards to CRM on Demand, I provided operational support by analyzing and troubleshooting identified and reported CRM, Deployed System configurations, manual and regression testing to ensure system functionality, created workflows for automation, reports, and dashboards as needed and requested by users, and wrote documentation for SOPs.
