Profile Description

I graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I started working as a Trainer under the Human Resource Department, training Customer Service. As a Trainer I have practiced and mastered the subject that I taught, but most importantly how to communicate properly on a daily basis for a whole week. I can say that I am adept in English Communication. 

Later on I worked in another facet of the HR which is Timekeeping and Benefits where I review man-hours of workers and make sure they are paid in due time. This involves high analytical skills and assessment as it is a perfectionist's job. 

I also have experience in Recruitment and Selection under the HR, where I interview sort, and filter applicants for the Company, further giving them qualifying exams. I am knowledgeable in the different facets of Human Resource Development, in summary: Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Timekeeping and Benefits, Organizational Development, Employee and Labor Relations. 

I currently work as an HR Officer leading a team of HR personnel handling the different facets under my management. I can write articles of various subject, I can proofread and edit articles as needed, I am great in English communication both in written and verbal. Most of my work involves working with a computer so I am also well knowledgeable of computer programs. Majority of the time I use MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint. 

E-mails are also important part of my job where I do most of my communications with various network of people managers and partners of our companies. I want to do a job where I can showcase my skills and further develop them and make sure that the results I deliver are top quality and with satisfying results. Although I am new to the online job platform I am patient and very much willing to learn and adapt in this new setting and environment. If all goes well for me then I might transition to a full-time online job.
