In my first year, I focused on customer service, handling emails, social media private messages, and Upgrade to see actual info the second year, I transitioned into the responsibilities of a team leader, overseeing a team of Upgrade to see actual info subsequent years, I continued to be hands-on with customer service while also expanding my expertise to become a Shopify all-rounder. This included tasks such as streamlining workflows, fulfilling orders, creating landing pages or listings, managing product reviews, conducting product research, sourcing items, managing profit and loss statements, and efficiently tackling urgent tasks. Additionally, I collaborated closely with email marketing specialists and influencer outreach teams. My proficiency extends to basic Canva graphic editing skills to enhance product assets and promotional materials. Excited to bring this wealth of experience to a new team.
