Set appointments for account executives to meet with prospective customers.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers from trade shows and events.
Set appointments with qualified prospects for the account executives for a sales discussion with the goal of closing qualified leads.
Answer inbound sales calls from potential customers, obtain client information, answer questions, provide information and follow up as needed.
Manage data for all prospects and customers within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Use Microsoft Dynamics and Act-On to capture information regarding leads/customers, communication history, as well as facilitate lead flow and lead scoring.
Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data when account information is incomplete to ensure data integrity.
Monitor and follow-up on account executive’s interaction with prospective customers and provide monthly report to reflect status.
Data entry, management & maintenance to ensure data integrity, monitor data & process.
Work with campaign manager to develop follow-up
Comfortable communicating with business executives in diverse industries.
Ability to think quickly.
Ability to identify new prospects from multiple sources and develop new business.
