Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to
the leadership team.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including income statements, balance
sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resource allocation, cost management,
and profitability.
 Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and
payments and working with external Accountant for HMRC compliance.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, taxation, and
reporting requirements.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and
prevent fraud. 
Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including recruitment ,projects team,
marketing, clients, experts and Finance
Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the
organization
Oversee HR and payroll processes in collaboration with the HR team.
Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, and agreements.
