I have 6 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central Management, I also did Shopify Customer Service Support answering inquiries on shipments, do follow up on dropshipping with Zendrop.I also do social media marketing using Canva to post on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Meta Business. I am very confident with the level of my knowledge in handling eCommerce management and over 10 years of experience in customer service in the BPO company that I will greatly contribute continued success of your company.

I am very detail oriented, I can work with very minimal supervision and I have a 100?curacy in data entry particularly in collecting and entering data in databases andmaintaining accurate records. I am also familiar with spreadsheets and online forms.
I have systems skills for Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, Upgrade to see actual info, Gorgias, Zendesk, Upgrade to see actual info, a little bit of Canva, Upgrade to see actual info, Trello, ASANA, Google Sheet and many more and I were able to do these tasks:
