Profile Description

I am now currently working as a remote Assistant Customer Service Manager for a Shopify Store. Part of my daily task is to oversee and designate tasks/tickets (callbacks, inbound calls, email and chat support) to other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, place orders, process refunds, and other admin tasks. I also act as a liaison for the customer and our production/ logistic and corporate/management department to ensure the customer's order/s are fulfilled as expected. I handle escalated cases of customer and product complaints and help offer fair and reasonable options while ensuring the company's policies and procedures are not compromised. Generally, escalated cases are directed to me for consultation and I work closely with the management to offer the best possible solutions to customer complaints. I also help with training and give performance coaching to members of the sales and customer service team.

I also worked as a home-based Customer Support Representative / Partnership Manager for 6 months at Jobletics. Jobletics is a temp agency for food service workers based in Boston, MA. My routine tasks includes: recruitment and onboarding of workers/business partners, posting and monitoring of job ads in Indeed, FB and Ziprecruiter, shift monitoring of workers' time stamps, phone/email/chat support, account management for priority business partners, creating invoices, time sheets, analytic reports and receipts for our business partners, marketing, lead generation, etc. I have been familiarized with tools/apps like Slack, G-Suite, Zendesk, Hubspot, Trello, Admin Panel (our main tool), etc.

I also joined an advanced course for E-Commerce Training this May of 2019.  I have been trained for E-Commerce Platforms, like Amazon, Shopify, Ebay and Local E-Commerce. I have been introduced to Amazon tools and Apps like Jungle Scout, AMZscout, Camel Camel Camel, Keepa, Google Trends, etc. I also had training in Product Sourcing at Alibaba. During the training, I also created a basic Shopify Store, and had training on common tools (i.e. Oberlo, Dropified) used for Shopify product listing and drop shipping. I was also introduced to the basics of Facebook Ads. I also worked as an apprentice for a local E-commerce Store (OJMD) in the Philippines. My task includes data encoding and order fulfillment.

I have also worked on a part-time/seasonal  basis for a US-based Real Estate Investor. This experience has given me an overview of the US Real Estate Industry. My tasks included Appointment Setting, Research and Data Entry, Email Management and Customer Support. I was able to enhance my skills in the use of Microsoft tools (i.e. Windows, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Docs, Spreadsheet, etc). I was also introduced to Dialer Apps (i.e. Mojo, Google Voice, Skype) and Graphics Design Apps (i.e. Canva, Photopea).

I also worked at a BPO / Call Center Company (Sitel Philippines Corporation) for almost 9 years. This has given me an extensive background for Customer Support. I worked as an outbound Customer Service Representative with Sitel's financial campaign like Capital One Bank. This experience enhanced my Customer Service Skills and gave me a deep understanding of the US Credit Card Industry. I also have substantial experience as an Outbound Fraud Analyst at another financial campaign at Sitel, First Data Corporation. I have handled billing and general inquiries with sales/upselling, and basic technical support at AT&T DirecTV. My experience with these campaigns at Sitel has given me a firm foundation on how to interact with different customers and has given me above average skills in oral and written communication.
