I recently completed my training in Amazon Virtual Assistant Masterclass last June 28, 2021. I do not have experience yet as an Amazon VA, but if given a chance, I am willing to apply my knowledge and skills and hone them to help you with your goals as an Amazon Seller.
I have done medical transcription for 9 years and have met the standard goal directed by the company in terms of turnaround time, accuracy, and target lines doing progress notes, stat radio reports, consultation, discharge summaries, procedure reports, etc. Though I am a graduate of BS Physical Therapy and have knowledge in medical terminology, I know I should always need to improve my research skills and openness to learning to deliver both qualitative and quantitative reports. Before my transcription career, I have done data analyst job and billing agent job which helped me developed my analytical and customer service skills.
