Hi,Im Upgrade to see actual info a 4 years Graduate of Business administration major in bus. Management.I'm a Virtual Assistant for 2 years and I am knowledgeable on handling the Ebay store. I am knowledgeable on listing items using different tools like Hydra Lister, DSM tool, Yaballe and listing manually. Also, researching items using Zik Analytics. Optimizing titles using title builder.I'm also knowledgeable on customer service, answering messages, handling returns, refunds, processing orders and item not received cases.I Microsoft package tools and Google search.I can manage your ebay store with my skills and I can work under pressure and open to be trained. Also,I I've worked as a data encoder for almost 2 years keeping and maintaining hard copies of sales forms, receipts, sales invoice and other sales file. I obtained information, documenting or recording information in Microsoft Excel and system program , inter acting thru emails or Upgrade to see actual infoone calls, communication with supervisor and co workers and organize in work assignment. Lastly I am a Bookkeeper knowledgeable and educated in using Accounting system such as QuickBooks, zero and hubdocs with experience on setting up of accounts, Bank reconciliation, recording all transaction, Creating Invoices and Bills and also Payroll Management.
