I have worked together with the Human Resource Manager. She assigned in the Recruitment Department wherein I directly accept a resume from the applicants both local and abroad. I screened them manually and filter each and everyone then proceeds to the initial interview via phone or internet. Then give exams and whoever passed that is the time I will submit the final list to the Manager and then I will wait until she directs me to the next step which is the Job Offer Letter.
Then was also trained on the Labor Law, salary computation, sick leave, vacation leave etc. Ticketing, flight itineraries and as well as minutes of the each and every meeting.
I have excellent knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint. I have very strong communication skills.
