With 10+ years of experience as an international travel specialist and my duties involved handling complex airline schedule change, resolving ticket errors, outbound calls, sending emails to the customer, and ensuring any major changes in customer's flight booking are being handled accordingly and efficiently. I have expertise in using GDS (Global Distribution System) it is a large computer network system operated by a company that enables transactions between the travel industry, mainly airlines, hotels, and car rental companies., etc. and my task also includes researching of best hotels and tourist spot for the clients who wants to go on vacation. I handled both US and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) markets have a track record of ensuring that customer satisfaction is not just being met but consistently exceeded.•I was able to get the highest CSAT from the customer during my BPO days, I got commended by the client because I was able to fix the unsolicited changes on her flight itinerary and because of that, I was recognized by my supervisor and manager as a good liaison between Expedia, Customer and the airline.
