I am mainly responsible in overseeing the HR function and process. Handling all HR and Payroll-related functions of the company including recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relations, administration and customer service.

Basically I do the tasks below:
- Involves full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening and on-boarding process of all applicants including coordination with key personnel in the departments.
- Responsible for researching and tapping applicants and contacting them via internet, mail, schools, job fairs, non-profit organizations, reaching them out through referrals, social networks, career centers, job development government agencies, job boards etc.
- Reviews and gather applicant’s credentials and all pre-employment requirements before start of work.
- Creates and prepare job description for all employees.
- Develops assessment tools, evaluate selection process, and conduct HR and payroll-related enhancements and work flow.
- Ensures timely processing and release of benefits to eligible employees.
- Consistently create and update company policies and procedures, workflow of both operation and support groups as well as documentation, tracking and improvement on the employee’s continuous learning and education.
- Sets up and maintain an efficient filing of records and records management to ensure completeness, accuracy and timely retrieval of needed files for immediate reference which includes both physical and electronic versions.
- Responsible for auditing, verifying, organizing and maintaining all employee information and details.
- Design, implement and or approve resource planning, recruitment, training, and other development plans to meet client’s requirement and our employees’ quality of work.
- Perform difficult staffing duties such as dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, terminating employees and administering disciplinary procedures;
- Responsible for the timeliness and effective cure period across all client accounts and mitigate operational damages due to non-performance or lack of performance of an employee.
- Design, plan and implement the company’s employee performance evaluation program.
- Takes full responsibility in mediating grievances, responding to government offices on inquiries or requests, and represent the company in all HR-related concerns externally.
