Profile Description

I have a degree in Psychology. I have 7 years of experience in customer service. My degree in Psychology gave me an excellent combination of skills in dealing with people and understanding their needs. These skills were enhanced as I worked in a call center (AT&T) and for an airline both as customer service attendant/representative and eventually, a supervisor. I am well-trained on how to properly deal with clients coming from different sects and nationalities. Furthermore, I also worked in schools as a Guidance counselor, thereby helped me understand people in a deeper sense and be able to retain confidentiality.
