I was with big companies in the BPO industry and through years my skills are all developed, from customer service to technical support to admin tasks and back office duties. I can say that I can perform the duty of profiles in the call center industry, I am confident enough of my skills and I am pretty sure that I can deliver service.
I was handling Amazon accounts for over a year, building it from scratch until the account could self sustain. Managing more than 20 people while maintaining the account competitive and in good health.
I do have skills in computer networking, windows, android, computers (software and hardware), customer service, technical support. My typing speed is 42
WPM and as what tests say I do possess good english communication skills
in both verbal and written.
