Profile Description

I have a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and have written creative, technical, and academic write-ups extensively. I now work as a part-time Content Writer.
I have six (6) years of working experience in banking but my expertise is in Service Quality and Customer Experience Training. I conducted Customer Engagement Training programs with Metro Manila and provincial branches for a nationwide bank. I was responsible for creating and conducting various Service Quality improvement training programs. I am experienced in handling customer complaints, CASA (checking account/savings account) transactions, credit cards, and loans.
I now volunteer with my husband in the Philippine Branch Office of Jehovah's Witnesses called, "Bethel". We also volunteer in the preaching work to the deaf and hearing-impaired individuals using Filipino Sign Language (FSL). I am looking for a part-time job that can support us in our volunteering activities yet still afford us the time and energy we need in our spiritual activities.
