Conflict resolution is hard to deal with, but I already practiced proper de-escalation and good decision-making that will benefit not only myself but the company and the customer as well. My willingness and ability to learn new things is also a plus when dealing with customers.

Lastly, communication. I always believe that its not all about what you say but how you say it.
