Just to give you a glimpse of my experience— I have over six years of experience as a Product Manager and Executive Assistant for an international distribution company in the UK, catering to Beauty and Health Companies across the UK and Europe. In this role, I managed the company’s website, social media, sales, inbound and outbound calls, email, and technical support. Additionally, I handled marketing, oversaw sales agents in the UK, booked classes, and organized events, all while maintaining a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
Before that, I spent a total of nine years in customer service—five years at Foxtel Australia and four years at Virgin Mobile Australia—as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, email and chat support, and technical troubleshooting. These roles sharpened my ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, solve problems efficiently, and communicate effectively.
I also gained valuable experience in U.S. Real Estate, spending a year cold calling for Century 21 Northwest, followed by another year working with a different real estate company. This experience honed my sales, lead generation, and relationship-building skills, allowing me to thrive in fast-paced environments.

I have over five years of experience in social media and email marketing, successfully utilizing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Benchmark to create effective email marketing campaigns. I design engaging social media posts using Canva and manage business operations using Magento, which is similar to Shopify. As an IT graduate, I also have a foundational understanding of websites and web technologies.
