Profile Description

I now have four years of working remotely as a Virtual Assistant.

During this time, I've served as an Appointment Setter, engaging in cold-calling and performing various administrative tasks. I also managed the Amazon and Shopify accounts for a US-based beauty brand. In my previous role, I worked as an Executive and Podcast Assistant to a Canadian-based former TV Broadcaster turned business coach and entrepreneur, where I gained valuable experience in podcast production, including scheduling, recording, editing, and promotion. I also honed my communication and organizational skills while developing an understanding of the podcast industry. 

As an Executive Assistant, I also expanded my skill set, including podcast editing, social media management, email campaigns, and client schedule management. I also became proficient in YouTube optimization, video editing, and graphic design. My experience as an Amazon VA exposed me to e-commerce tasks, including content writing, product launching, order processing, and logistics monitoring. 

Prior to my freelance work, I spent over four years in the BPO industry, handling inbound and outbound calls for various sectors, including sales, collections, healthcare insurance, and finance. I also worked in customer support at Amazon, gaining familiarity with e-commerce operations. I am adept at setting schedules, updating CRM notes, conducting research, and providing administrative assistance to clients.
