Hello, my name is Upgrade to see actual info. I worked as a Customer Service Associate before where I have learned my skills on handling different types of situation to give an excellent customer service. Basic Adobe Photoshop is one of the skills I've learned (and still learning) when I was a proofreader of a web design department in a BPO company. I am keen when it comes to details. I can work with minimum supervision for I have a few experience in freelancing where I learned lead researching, data entry, content moderation and audio transcribing. I also believe in honesty and good-working relation.
